Seasonal Yoga is a style of yoga flow and postures which align ourselves with the changing energies of the seasons.  Suitable for all health and fitness levels, it improves physical strength and flexibility, and brings balance and harmony back into life.

By using the wisdom of ancient Chinese medicine, Seasonal Yoga offers a gentle movement which stimulates our meridian channels (pathways through which our vital life force or energy flows) to allow our bodies natural energy (qi or prana) to heal our organs and balance our mental and emotional energies in line with the natural rhythm of the seasons.
